Role Summary: Support site EHS operations, process safety programs, plant inspections, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Implement Safety SOPs and legal standards; deliver shop-floor safety training; coordinate HAZOP/HIRA documentation; lead near-miss investigations and CAPA follow-ups.

 - Key Roles & Responsibilities:
          - Conduct literature searches
          - Interpret, review, and draft patents
          - Perform patent landscaping, infringement analysis, and prepare IP statements
          - Calculate raw material costing for molecules

         - Scale up technology from R&D to kilo, pilot, and commercial scales
         -Coordinate with the R&D team to generate negative study data and optimize process parameters
         - Prepare BFD, PFD, P&ID, mass balance, and energy balance sheets
         - Prepare optimization and validation campaign reports upon project completion

          - Operate and monitor production machinery
          - Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
          - Document the production process

- Ensure the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities
- Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance
- Maintain operational records in required formats
- Follow cGMP standards and safety norms within the manufacturing area
